Azzurro Hotel - Angeles

We had a great stay at Azzurro Hotel in Angeles! The room wasnice and neat with excellent water pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet had tasty options to choose from. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Staff were very polite and very helpful.

Our stay was flawless and exceeded our expectations.

The room was comfortable enough. I had my room changed as it was in front of the reception area and can be quite noisy. The staff promptly changed my room. Location was very central and close to amenities such as restautants, bars, and shopping.

I guess that the hotel was still undergoing renovation works and did not have much to offer. The sound proffing of the doors could be improved as you can hear people talking outside.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access the nearby shopping and dining areas. The rooms are spacious and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which provided a wide variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and answer any questions.

One thing to note is that the water pressure in the shower could be improved. , noise from the hallway could be heard in the room at times.

Clean

Service was poor. The staff was friendly but really do not understand how to service their guest. A fuses blew in the power adaptor I was provided by the staff, they said I would have to pay them for transportation to go get a new one.

Staff were very attentive and always greeted myself and my girlfriend with smiles. The hotel itself is located near a small casino and lots of restaurants and bars so a good place to base from. The rooms were not super luxurious but were tastefully decorated and featured all the required amenities. The price 9,400 pesos for a four night stay was also pretty economical. I would be happy (and plan to) stay here again...

Hotel staff did not make up the room for two days running. Apparently I had to inform them to make up the room - which I found unusual...

This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The staff provided excellent customer service, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. Additionally, the location, while not ideal, was conveniently situated across the street from some fantastic restaurants.

Very cozy hotel of business class. Not far from Fields Ave, about 3mins by Jeepny(10 peso per person)

Rooms number 14 and 15 on each floor have noisy conditions right outside the windows
